VIDC celebrated this year's World Hepatitis Day by hosting a pop-up testing site in Oppenheimer Park. Our amazing team of nurses tested over 40 people for hepatitis C, and our friends at Trish Juice supplied delicious refreshments for everyone on what was surely one of the hottest days of Vancouver's otherwise mild summer so far. Councillor Rebecca Bligh also stopped by to show her support.
